Service Design Handover to user experience design – a systematic literature review

Knowledge transfer plays an important role in digital Service Creation Projects where information should flow through service design, Agile UX, and software implementation phases. One context for these handovers exists projects the designers participate early phases of exploring scoping service, while agile user experience specialists take over parts design programmers implementation. The purpose this study is to summarise scientific knowledge into best practices effective real world Projects. Special attention paid on understudied project phase, handover from implementation, which referred as Design Handover study. A systematic literature review was conducted analyse current PRISMA 2020 statement used reporting review, also influenced planning execution process. SCOPUS search brought up 773 publications, full content analysis done 41 most relevant publications.
